摘要
水库溢洪道工程布置分为设置闸门和自由溢流两种方式,堰型有宽顶堰、实用堰及泄洪洞等。由于地形条件及其他特殊条件制约,有些水库溢洪道布置未能按照常规布置,而是由不同堰型、不用出流方式、不同尺寸和不同底板高程联合组成的不规则溢洪道泄洪方式,特别在除险加固工程中,常见此情况,如果按常规洪水调节方式调节洪水,势必造成水库洪水调节不够准确,影响水库校核洪水位确定,造成水库设计不安全。以除险加固工程罗革凼水库为例,针对水库不规则溢洪道由多种堰型和多种出流方式联合组成的复杂泄洪系统,采用"半图解法"进行洪水调节分析,为不规则溢洪道洪水调节提供例证。
The layout of the reservoir spillway is divided into two ways, namely gate and free overfall, and the weir types have broad crested weir, practical weir and flood discharging tunnel. Constrained by topographic conditions and other special factors, some reservoir spillways can not be designed regularly, instead they are an irregular spillways consisted of different weir types, different discharge forms, different sizes and floor elevation, especially in reinforcement project this kind spillway is widely used. If regulating the flood by the routine flood regulation method, reservoir flood regulation will be not accurate enough, affecting the determination of check flood level and resulted in an unsafe design. Taking the reinforcement project for Lougedang reservoir as an example, in terms of the complicated discharge system combined by various weir types and discharge forms of the spillway, by using semigraphical method, flood regulation is analyzed and it provides an example for the flood regulation of irregular spillway.
