摘要
在国内外研究成果的基础上,以试验路为依托,研究了Sasobit温拌沥青混合料的组成设计、技术性能和施工技术,得出的结论是:采用马歇尔试验确定温拌沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量的方法是可行的;温拌沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性,且Sasobit改性剂能显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性,略微降低其水稳定性和低温抗裂性;温拌沥青混合料生产过程控制重点是拌和均匀、摊铺均匀、避免温度降低过快。
Based on the research fruit at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the composing design, technical performance and construction technologies of warm mix asphalt mixture with Sasobit combining with a test road. The conclusions are as follow: it is feasible to ensure the optimal quantity of warm mix asphalt mixture by Marshall test; warm mix asphalt mixture is of good properties on high-temperature stability, water stability and low-temperature crack resistance; Sasobit can observably improve the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture, meanwhile slightly weaken its water stability and low-temperature crack resistance; the key points for controlling the production process of warm-mixed asphalt mixture are mixing equably, spreading equably and avoiding the rapid decrease of temperature.
