摘要
通过对双针床毛绒市场分析,根据双针床毛绒形成方法提出了用贾卡绒梳生产提花毛绒的原理,在此基础上,阐述了双针床提花毛绒花型设计和上机工艺设计方法及其工艺要点,并以凹凸绒和疏密绒的工艺实践为例,分析了贾卡提花毛绒织物的开发思路和特点,展望了双针床提花毛绒的未来发展方向。
Based on the market analysis of the double needle bed plush, according to the forming method of double needle bed plush, and the principle of jacquard cashmere comb producing jacquard plush is put forward. On this basis, the method and technological key points of the pattern design and looming process design for double-needle bar jacquard plush are described. Then, taking the process practice of stereo velvet and sparse and dense stereo velvet for an example, and the design ideas and characteristics of jacquard warp-knitted pile fabric are demonstrated. Finally, the future development direction of the double needle bed jacquard warp-knitted pile is summarized.
