摘要
飞轮储能是一种适合钻机调峰、势能回收应用的大能量、高功率的先进储能技术;钻机起下钻脉冲功率特性测试提出的储能技术指标要求是:总功率1000kW,总能量36MJ。基于飞轮储能将势能回收利用配合调峰运行的新方案是:起钻过程中,利用回收空游车势能并经过飞轮储能后可提供3s的加速功率550kW;在拆卸钻杆时柴油机功率输入飞轮储能机组储存,提升钻杆时较长时间投放功率。下钻过程中,回收储存钻杆下放势能,用于提升空游车,富于的能量经飞轮储能机组发电供给钻机的电力系统,下钻过程中停运主柴油机。采用飞轮储能调峰运行后,钻机的动力机组可以采用天然气发动机,节能减排的空间和意义更大。
Flywheel energy saving was an advanced energy saving technique used for adjusting peek value and potential energy recovery for high energy and big power drilling units.The proposed energy storage index for detecting impulse power of drill unit tripping and running down was that the general power was 1000kW with general energy of 36MJ.The new scheme of matching potential energy recovery and application based on flywheel energy storage was that in the tripping process,3s acceleration power of 550kW could be provided by using the recycled potential energy from empty travelling block after the energy was stored by flywheel.When the drill pipes were dismantled,the power from diesel engine was input into the flywheel energy storage unit for storage without releasing power for a long time in lifting the drill pipes.During drill pipe running down,the potential energy of drill pipe running down was recovered and stored for lifting the empty travelling block,the rest of the energy supplies the power to the power system of the drilling unit through the energy storage train of flywheel.During running down,the main diesel engine shuts down,after peak value adjusted with the flywheel,power train of the drilling unit could generate power by using gas engine,therefore there exists more space for energy saving and emission reduction.
