摘要
以盘式制动器为对象,探讨了盘式制动系统总体结构,解释了其工作原理,对照原有盘式制动装置液压系统的不足,进行了泵和电机的选取,计算了液压管道内的参数,给出了电液比例溢流阀、蓄能器和调速阀的选择,进而设计了新的制动装置液压系统,有效的满足了下运带式输送机的制动需要。
Disc brake device is a common brake device for belt conveyor,basded on disc brake,this paper discusses the overall structure of the disc brake system and explains the working principle,according to the deficiencies of hydraulic system of disc brake equipment,pump and motor are selected,a series of parameters in the hydraulic pipe are calculated,appropriate electro hydraulic proportional spillover valve,accumulator and flow speed control valve are also given to complete the establishment of a new brake hydraulic system,the improved system can effectively satisfy the needs for the brake of the conveyor belt system.
