摘要
CT灌注成像作为一种无创性活体评价组织血流灌注状态的功能成像技术,在肺癌的鉴别诊断、疗效评价等方面显示出独特的优势。近年来,随着医学影像设备及扫描技术的进展,医学影像正在由传统的以病理解剖为基础的形态学向着形态学与反映分子水平的功能影像相结合的方向发展。就CT灌注成像原理及其在肺癌鉴别诊断,以及与肿瘤标记物表达间的相关性和疗效评估方面的价值予以综述。
CT perfusion（PCT） imaging has significant value in diagnosing and inspecting curative effect. PCT is a functional imaging tool which can non-invasively evaluate blood perfusion in vivo. In recent years, thanks to the advances of medical imaging equipment and scanning technology,the application of medical imaging is being shifted from the pathology and anatomy-based morphological study toward the combination of morphological and functional study in molecular level.In this paper, we summarized the principle of PCT, its values in diagnose of lung cancer, relationship to biomarkers, and evaluating curative effect.
