摘要
开架借阅中图书乱架、书刊丢失和损毁,是高校图书馆服务管理工作中的一个难题。分析了高校图书馆开架借阅过程中存在的问题,并提出加强读者教育、提高馆员素质是解决这些问题的关键,完善图书馆管理制度是解决问题的根本保障。
In the open-shelf reading, the shelf-disorder, loss and damage of books are a difficult problem of the management work in the university hbrary. In this paper the problems in the university library were analyzed and to strengthen readersj education and improve the quality of the librarians were the key to solve these problems.
