摘要
当前乡村学校在文化特征、文化氛围、文化追求和文化取向等方面的现实状态与城乡文化一体化要求存在一定距离,也与新农村建设等相关文化诉求相背离,其表现出的高期望与高压力的文化危机又与安于现状的文化情结相对立。在城乡教育一体化背景下,应以新农村建设为契机,以新课程改革为依托,以学习型学校建设为着力点,以特岗教师工程为切入点,立足乡村学校文化再造与更新,促进乡村学校文化的转型与适应,以求城乡教育和谐发展。
There is a certain distance between the actual state of current rural school in culture feature, culture atmo- sphere, culture pursuit and culture orientation and requirements of the integration of urban and rural culture. It also deviates from related cultural demand of new rural construction. Cultural crisis of the high expectations and high pressure that it shows is opposite to the cultural emotion of maintaining the status quo. On the background of the integration of rural and urban education, we should focus on the reconstruction and renovation of rural school culture and promote the transforma- tion and adaptation of rural school culture in order to achieve the harmonious development of urban and rural education through the new rural construction as an opporttmity, the new curriculum reform as the basis, the construction of learn- ing-based school as the focal point, the special hillock teacher project as the breakthrough point.
