摘要
民办高校不断加强教学质量监控体系建设,对规范高校发展,建立自我管理和自我约束机制,强化内涵建设,凝炼办学特色,提高人才培养质量起到至关重要的作用。实施以专业教学工作评估为核心的民办高校教学质量监控体系,建立合理的内部保障机制,才是提高人才培养质量的有效途径。
Private colleges and universities continue to enhance their teaching quality monitoring system and play a significant role in regulating the development of universities, the establishment of self-management and self-restraint meehanism, as well as the enforcement of connotation construction, embodying the character of u- niversity governance, and improvement of talent training quality. The implementation of private universities teaching quality monitoring system and the establishment of a reasonable internal security mechanism is an ef- fective way to improve the quality of personnel training.
