摘要
农民工是随着我国城乡经济体制改革的不断深化而产生和发展壮大的一个群体,他们为我国的经济增长、城市建设以及城乡交流做出了巨大贡献。然而,农民工在城镇中却一直处于相对弱势地位,其应该享有的劳动保障、社会保障和发展权等各项权益一直没有得到有效保障。虽然农民工权益保障问题一直深受社会各界关注,但却一直没有得到较好地解决。本文首先介绍我国农民工权益保障所涉及的主要方面,然后指出新时期农民工权益保障的难点,并针对如何应对这些难点给出了相关建议。
Peasant-workers are a group growing with the deepening of the economic system in China's cities and towns and have made great contributions to economic growth and city construction in our country.However,peasant-workers are in relative weak trend status actually in the cities.Their labor security,social security and their development right which they should enjoy have not been guaranteed.Although peasant-workers' rights problem has been concerned by all persons of the social,it has not been well solved.This paper first introduces the major aspects involved of peasant-worker's rights and points out the difficulties of the peasant-workers' rights in the new period,and proposes suggestions in the light of how to deal with these difficulties.
