摘要
根据电火花加工的加工速度 V_W、表面粗糙度Ra以及相对体积损耗θ的数组实验数据,运用最小二乘法,实现了工艺曲面拟合方程的半适应性求解;并且,为表达某系统的工艺指标或对比某两系统的工艺指标等,提供了方便的坐标系统和多种实用的表达方式。
Based on three major technological results of EDM-systems,by the aid of the least square method,a semi-adaptive approach for solving fitting equations of EDM technological surfaces is introduced.In order to presen technological results and compare various EDM-systems con- veniently and clearly,several types of presentation are provided.
