摘要
本文用一次回归正交试验法对电刷镀镍—钴—二氧化锆复合镀层的制备工艺和性能进行了试验研究,对比试验装明,按优化参数制得的复合镀层具有较好的耐磨性,与基体的结合力强,可用于模具的表面强化处理。
Process and function of Ni-Co-ZrO_2 Composite coating in brush Plating was researched by means of regresion and cross test. Result of contrast experiment shows that the composite coating made by optimum parameters has better wear resistance, stronger binding force with base metal. This process can be used to strengthen surface of dies.
