摘要
介绍了2台3150 mm的圆网卫生纸机改为长网卫生纸机生产一年后,又对系统结构进行技术改造,车速由改造前的120～160 m/min提高到360～450 m/min,抄纸定量为18～30 g/m2,单台纸机日产量由改造前的8～12 t提高到40～50 t。改造后所生产的卫生用纸产品品质提高。
The innovation experience of two 3150 type fourdrinier tissue machines which were retrofitted of the original cylinder machines was introduced.The fourdrinier tissue machine currently is the first and advanced of its kind in China after the system structure was retrofitted.The machine speed increases to 360~450 m/min from 120~160 m/min before retrofiting,production of each machine increased from 8~12 t/d to 40~50 t/d and the product quality was improved.The basis weight was 18~30 g/m2.
