摘要
高等学校是典型的知识密集型组织,知识管理能有效提升高校竞争力,知识管理的应用将会对中国高校产生深远的影响。高校在资产管理上出现很多问题,文章将知识管理充分应用到高校国有资产管理中,本文主要介绍知识管理的相关概念,高校资产管理的弊端,知识管理应用于资产管理的必要性以及基于知识管理的高校资产管理的内容。
College is a typical knowledge-intensive organization, knowledge management can effectively promote the competitiveness of universities, the application of knowledge management will exert far-reaching influence on Chi- nese universities. There are many problems in assets management in colleges and universities, the article will fully applied, the knowledge management to the management of state-owned assets in institutions of higher education. This paper mainly introduces the relevant concepts of knowledge management, the disadvantages of university assets management, the necessity of knowledge management is applied in asset management, and based on the contents of the knowledge management of university assets management.
