摘要
本文针对钢板下料生产过程中生产作业管理、材料库存管理、材料利用率较低等问题进行了全面分析,应用分布式并行工程原理、 IDEF1X方法和网络与数据库等技术,开发了面向钢板优化套料的生产综合管理系统,并在实际生产中取得了明显的效果,也为钢板优化套料 CAD/CAM提供一个良好的基础。
This paper analyzes the problems about the production management, reserve of materials, materials utilization ratio etc, which generated in the process for cutting steel plate out. The production management system based on optimal cutting steel plate out has been finished by use of concurrent engineering principle, IDEF1X method, network and database etc. The system has been used in practical very well, and become a good base for CAD/CAM in optimal cutting steel plate out too.
