摘要
总结品管圈活动在降低中心静脉导管堵管发生率中的实践经验。遵循品管圈活动程序,对我院成人和小儿ICU留置中心静脉导管的1228例患者进行中心静脉导管维护,取得了良好的无形成果及有形成果,圈员整体素质有显著提高(P<0.001),中心静脉导管堵管发生率显著下降(P<0.001)。
We summarized the practice experience of reducing the block incidence in central venous catheter by Quality Control Circle（QCC） activity.The QCC activity was carried out to 1228 adult and pediatric patients with maintenance center venous catheters.We achieved good intangible and tangible results.The overall quality of QCC members improved significantly（P0.001）and the block incidence in central venous catheter decreased significantly（P0.001）.
