经宫腔选择性插管介入臭氧治疗输卵管远端梗阻

摘要 目的探讨远端输卵管梗阻的臭氧治疗。方法将98例患者分为两组,A组52例选用臭氧治疗,B组46例选用过滤空气治疗。两组均采用微导管经宫腔超选择方法。结果 A、B两组再通率有明显差别,其中A组再通率76.92%,B组再通率8.7%。结论臭氧治疗是输卵管远端梗阻的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the treatment of O 3 by interventional treatment for far-end blocking uterine tube.Methods 98 patients,who were approved to have far-end blocking uterine tube by salpingography,were classified into two groups named group A and B.52 patients in group A were used by O 3 treatment and 46 patients in group B were used by filtering air treatment.Methods Of partially inserting micro catheter through uterus was used for both groups.Results Obvious difference of recanalization rate is observed.Recanalization rate of group A is 76.92%,and group B is 8.7%.Conclusion The treatment of O 3 for far-end blocking uterine tube is an efficient method.
