1例肾移植术后重症肺炎患者的药学监护 被引量：4

摘要 肾移植患者长期服用免疫抑制药,免疫功能低下,易并发各种感染、治疗过程中,既要有效控制复杂感染,又要兼顾其移植物功能。众多实践证实,临床药师对患者进行药物监护,有助于此类患者的预后。现将参与1例肾移植术后重症肺炎治疗的用药监护过程报道如下。1病例摘要患者,男,54岁,2012年3月19日因＂咳嗽咳痰伴发热、呼吸困难4 d＂入院。患者2001年前于九江市某医院行＂同种异体肾移植术＂,目前口服他克莫司1 mg,bid,有＂肾性贫血＂、＂痛风＂、＂慢性胆囊炎＂病史多年,4 d前无明显诱因出现咳嗽,咳痰,偶伴有呼吸困难,以活动后明显,伴有发热,
