摘要
目的了解TBL教学法在外科护理学中的应用效果。方法以本校护理学本科2009级和2010级290名学生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用TBL教学法,对照组采用传统的LBL教学法。结果2个年级实验组学生的理论考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论TBL教学法在提高教学效果的同时,对学生自学能力、团队协作意识及综合素质的培养等方面优于传统的LBL教学法。
Objective To get know the application effect of the teaching method of team based learning (TBL) in the teaching of surgical nursing. Methods The nursing undergraduates of 2009 grade and 2010 grade (n=290) were chosen as subjects and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given TBL teaching method and control group, traditional teaching method of lecture-based learning (LBL). Results The achievement of theory examination was better in experimental group than that in control group and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion TBL teaching method can improve teaching effect and is superior to traditional LBL teaching method in the aspects of improving students' self-study ability, sense of team cooperation and comprehensive quality.
