摘要
针对三峡工程永久船闸事故检修闸门实际工况 ,研制出 TS- 70 D型钉板 -塑料固体自润滑复合材料滑道 ,通过滑道模拟试验 ,测定了这种滑道的布氏硬度及其在干摩擦和水润滑 2种条件下的动、静摩擦系数与承载力的关系 ,并考察了 TS- 70 D型滑道摩擦的时间效应 .试验结果表明 ,TS- 70 D型滑道承载力大 ,摩擦系数小而且稳定 。
In Three Gorges Project, the successive chain of locks is one of the most frequent locks to open and shut in the world. The plane sliding bearings of overhaul sluices need to bear heavy load ( q =70 kN/cm) and exhibit low friction coefficient ( μ <0.1). In accordance with the actual operating mode, a novel brass plastic based self lubricating composite has been developed and a TS 70D slideway prepared from the composite. The relationship between the friction coefficient and bearing capacity of TS 70D slideway under dry friction and water lubricated condition is explored by stimulating tests of TS 70D slideway against 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel track. The time effect of friction is investigated in the same way. It has been found that TS 70D slideway has high load carrying capacity and records low friction coefficient, which meets the need for the maintenance of the sluice gate in the successive chain of locks of Three Gorges Project.
