摘要
针对兰州炼油厂二套常减压装置常压蒸馏塔 ,采样先进的多变量预估控制器实现产品质量和实时优化控制 ,根据控制器在现场的实际投运表明 ,多变量预估控制器IDCOM能成功地解决过程模型的大时滞和多变量间具有强关联作用等控制应用难题 ,控制效果是显著的 .
Aiming at two sets of crude distillation unit—atmospheric distillation column of Lanzhou petrochemical plant and employing an advanced multivariable predictive controller,the product quality control and real time optimum control are achieved.The field operation of this controller shows that multivariable predictive controller IDCOM can successfully solve the difficult problems of control application such as strong interrelationship between the long time delay and the multiple variables of the process model.
