摘要
本研究提出了旋弧焊焊接质量监控的方法,并通过采用 STD 总线工业控制微机实现了对焊接质量的监控,及整个焊接过程的自动控制。控制器功能齐全,工作可靠,抗干扰性强。
A quality monitoring method for magnetarc welding was developed at present work.The quality monitoring and welding processess controlling were carried out by a controller developed with an industrial micro-computer STD Bus.The controller is with multiple-function, working relabily and good anti-interference ability.
