摘要
当前工厂设备管理维护工作是基于经验和被动的 ,随着现场总线技术的发展和微机化的、具有通信和自诊断能力的现场智能设备安装数量的日益增多 ,主动和有效的设备实时管理成为可能。本文详细描述了现场智能设备实时管理系统应该具有的功能和所管理的数据 ,提出了系统操作界面的内容、构成方法。
Currently,the work for field devices management is passive,and is mostly based on experience.As the development of fieldbus,and the increasingly installation of field intelligent device with microprocessor embedded,communication function,and self-diagnosis,the active and effective real-time field devices management is possibility.This article describes the functions of real-time management system of field intelligent devices and data items needed in detail.The HMI's form and content,software construction and it's implementation is brought forward.
