摘要
本文叙迟制动蹄凸焊特点,并通过对其焊接接头形成过程的分析,提出了它与平板凸焊所不同的见解;介绍了研制的凸焊设备和所焊产品的质量情况,以及制动蹄采用凸焊所具有的显著效益。
The charecteristics of brake projection welding is discribled in this paper. After analysis of the weld jiont formation, the ideal of brake welding differing from plate welding is put forward. The quality of welder and equipment developed is also introduced. There is big benefit to welding brake use Projection welding.
