该文主要阐述了用于逆变式直流手弧焊机的场效应管保护问题,提出了产生逆变颠覆和产生场效应管过流的原因及解决的办法。
The FET protective problems of inverter DC SMAW machine are mainly described in this paper. The cause and solvable methods for the inverter commutation failure and FET overcurrent are advanced.
