摘要
设计了低压铸造紫铜结晶器的工艺方案,对砂芯及浇注系统设计进行了重点探讨。采用加长的上芯头,砂芯垂直放在上型中的垂直芯头内,芯头高度分别为25mm和40mm,斜角为4°和6°;浇注系统选用底注分流式,有利于金属液通过浇口进行补缩并顺序凝固,选取4个圆形内浇道,其直径为23.6mm。
Design of low-pressure casting red copper crystallizer was conducted, focusing on sand core and gating system. Upper-core head length was increased, and sand core was set on the upper mold to be perpendicular to the core head, where core head height is 25 mm and 40 mm and oblique angle is 4° and 6°, respectively. Bottom-pouring shunt design was considered in gating system, which was beneficial for the smooth filling of liquid metal and the implementation of sequential solidification. Four round ingates with 23.6 mm in diameters were adopted.
