珠江钢厂是国内第一个采用电炉+精炼+薄板坯连铸连轧短流程工艺生产热轧薄板的现代化钢厂。其中的卷取机是热带钢轧机中引进的先进设备之一。其控制自动化程度高,操作简便,卷取质量好。本文介绍珠钢卷取机系统。
Zhujiang Steel, a modern hot strip producing steel plant, is the first in China to abopt the short process: Electric Furnace + Ladle Furnace + Thin Slab Continuous Casting and Rolling. Down coiler is one of the equipment of the hot strip mill, its control is highly automated, its operation easy and therefore its coiling quality very good.This article introduces the down coiler system of Zhujiang steel.
