摘要 随着对地下空间的开发利用,近年来地下建筑成为了很重要的部分。由于地下空间的与岩土工程条件紧密相关、直接相互影响,引发了相关的问题。地下建筑抗浮是最重要的安全性问题之一。采用不同的途径解决抗浮问题,各地域、各单位差别较大。多年来,经过岩土工程师的研究实践,抗浮锚杆成为了解决地下建筑抗浮的重要途径。抗浮锚杆的设计和施工的方法很多。在北京地区对土层抗浮锚杆的设计和实践效果予以研究。特别是对长螺旋中心压灌后插主筋的锚杆施工工艺进行推进和实践,取得的成果可作为类似工程的借鉴和指导。 The development and utilization of underground space makes underground building became a very important part in the engineering. Underground space and is closely related to the condition of geotechnical engineering, and the direct in- teraction of the condition raises related questions. Anti-floating of underground construction is one of the most important secur- ity issues. Different companies use different methods of anti-floating in different regions. For many years, after the study of geotechnical engineering practice, anti-float anchor became an important way for underground construction of anti-floating. The design and construction of anti-float anchor are practiced in a lot of ways. The design and practical effect of anti-float anchor in soil are studied in Beijing. The construction technology of continuous flight auger drilling and post-inserting main reinforcement is promoted and practiced, and the results are summarized to guide the same engineering practices.
