Sustainable Management of Geothermal Resources

摘要 地热是一种清洁的绿色能源,它在一定程度上是可再生的。地热能的开发也可能引起一系列环境问题,故需要对地热的开发进行科学地管理。和许多自然资源一样,地热能的开发也必须遵循可持续发展的原则。在可持续管理的前提下,地热系统资源的可开采量可定义为:在不引起严重环境问题,适当控制热储压力下降的前提下,在相当长的时间内可以从地热系统稳定地最大限度地提取的热能。地热能的开采量小于或等于这样的量时,可以称作可持续开采,否则称作过量开采。同时,热储模型的建立和适时更新、地热系统的监测和地热回灌是地热资源可持续管理的重要内容。 Geothermal is a kind of clean energy source, and is also renewable in most cases. Although geothermal devel- opment may bring out important social, economical and environmental effects, it is also possible to have noticeable impact on the environment. Therefore, it is essential to have proper management to the geothermal systems under exploitation. According to the principle of sustainable development, the definition for the allowable production from a geothermal system may be stated as the constant and maximum amount of energy can be exploited under the condition that the reservoir pressure is properly con- trolled, and without causing serious environmental problem. If the production from a geothermal system is not more than its al- lowable production, it can be referred as sustainable exploitation; otherwise it is called excessive exploitation. To ensure the sus- tainability of a geothermal system, it is important to set up and update the reservoir model of the geothermal system, to have a proper monitoring program, and to carry out reinjection.
