摘要
北宋医家唐慎微编撰的《经史证类备急本草》是一部集大成的本草学专著,从22部小说中引用了147处内容来证药,这一现象值得深入研究。以往对其"以方证药"颇多研究,而对其"以小说证药"则未有涉及。唐慎微注重小说的情节性远胜过前代本草学著作,客观上达到了增广见闻,增添趣味的目的;所引小说虽有失考之处,但整体上具有重要的文献补遗、参校价值。小说对药性、药效的描写往往夸张失实,将小说描述的内容散入本草学著作中,并不利于本草学的科学发展。传统中医药学之所以在今天颇受争议,与唐慎微这些中医前贤大量将包括小说在内的非科学内容引入传统医药学著作中有一定关系。
Zhengleibencao which is a integrated herbalism work in the Northern Song Dynasty was writed by Tang Shenwei.Zhengleibencao quoted 145 times from 21 novels to show drugs.This phenomenon was worth researching.Zhengleibencao using prescriptions to show drugs had quite a lot research in the before,but Zhengleibencao using novels to show drugs was not involved.Through the comparison and research it is concluded that Tang Shenwei paid attention to the novel plot far more than previous generations integrated herbalism works,and objectively reached the purpose of increasing knowledge and interest.He quoted novels although had some faults,which had important literature addenda and comments value.The description of drugs characteristics and efficacy in novels was often inaccurate and hyperbole,making the contents of novels into integrated herbalism works,which would block scientific development of the integrated herbalism.Today,Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been blamed,which was due to Tang Shenwei and these traditional Chinese medicine predecessors who put a lot of non-scientific contents including novels into TCM works.
