发挥炉外精炼优势 促进高纯净钢生产 被引量:2

To Bring into Play Out-of-furnace Refining Advantage in Promoting Production of High Cleanliness Steel

摘要 根据舞钢炼钢厂 (电弧炉 + L F+ VD)的设备条件 ,结合近几年的生产实际 ,并对生产高纯净钢的成分控制和纯净化作了较详细的分析和有关对比。随着用户对钢板质量要求的提高 ,应尽量发挥炉外精炼优势 ,促使高纯净钢的生产。 Based on equipment condition(EAF+LF+VD) in the Steel-making Plant of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,integrating the production practice in recent few years,and detailed analysis and relevant comparison of composition control and cleanliness of high cleanliness steel production.With incerease in plate quality requirement from customers it is necessary to bring out-of-furnace refining advantage into full play so as to promote production of high cleanliness steel.
