摘要
目的探讨白内障手术并发症的原因及处理方法。方法选择本院121例白内障手术患者,均行巩膜隧道切口术,观察术后患者视力情况及并发症发生情况。结果 10例(8.26%)矫正视力<0.05,36例(29.75%)矫正视力0.05～0.3,57例(47.11%)矫正视力>0.3且≤0.6,18例(14.88%)矫正视力>0.6;患者早期出现后囊破裂和晶状体悬韧带断裂等并发症,对症处理后基本恢复;中晚期并发症为前房出血、角膜水肿、前囊和后囊混浊、葡萄膜炎、囊袋阻滞综合征、高眼压和青光眼。结论临床应高度重视白内障手术患者并发症的预防和治疗。
Objective To investigate the cause and treatment of complication in cataract surgery. Methods Sclera tunnel incision operation was used in 121 cases of cataract surgery patients, eyesight condition and different complications were observed. Results The corrected visual acuity was ＆lt;0.05 in 10 cases （8.26%）, 0.05-0.3 in 36 cases （29.75%）, ＆gt;0.3 and ≤0.6 in 57 cases （47.11%）, and ＆gt;0.6 in 18 cases （14.88%）. In earlier period,posterior capsule rupture, lens suspensory ligament rupture and other complications occurred in patients, but they basically recovered after symptomatic treatment. Middle-late complications were hyphema, corneal edema, anterior and posterior capsular opacification, uveitis, capsular block syndrome, ocular hypertension and glaucoma. Conclusion The clinic should pay more attention in prevention and treatment of on postoperative complications of patients with cataract surgery.
