摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌根治术后实施护理干预措施对降低术后并发症的影响。方法选取本院2008年12月～2012年12月87例行宫颈癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序不同分为干预组42例与对照组45例,两组患者均给予常规术后护理措施,干预组加用干预性护理措施,比较两组患者术后并发症情况。结果干预组术后出现并发症共3例,发生率为7.14%;对照组术后出现并发症共14例,发生率为31.1%。干预组术后并发症发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.034,P<0.01)。结论宫颈癌根治术后实施护理干预措施可有效降低术后并发症的发生率,对改善患者预后具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the value of postoperative nursing interventions in reducing postoperative complications after radical surgery for cervical carcinoma. Methods 87 cases of patients who were admitted to our hospital and rendered radical surgery for cervical carcinoma from December 2008 to December 2012 were selected as study objects and randomly assigned into intervention group（42 cases） and control group（45 cases）,according to the hospital in a different order.The patients in both groups were treated by conventional postoperative nursing,while the intervention group also given interventional postoperative nursing.The occurrence of postoperative complications of patients in both groups was compared. Results There were total of 3 cases of postoperative complications occurred in intervention group with occurrence rate of 7.14%,while total of 14 cases in control group with occurrence rate of 31.1%.Postoperative complications of intervention group was significantly less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （χ 2 =9.034,P ＆lt; 0.01）. Conclusion The postoperative nursing interventions after radical surgery for cervical carcinoma can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications,and has important significance in improving prognosis of patients.
