摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在基层医院外科的应用效果及患者评价。方法选取2011年2月~2012年2月在本院普外科接受治疗的1100例患者为观察组,另外选取2010年1月~2011年1月于本院普外科接受治疗的1100例患者为对照组。本院自2011年起开展优质护理服务活动,通过改革护理流程,提高护理人员素质等措施,开展优质护理服务。对照组患者则予以常规护理服务。统计两组患者的住院天数、因护理产生医患纠纷的发生率、患者最后出院时填写的护理服务满意程度调查表等,作为护理服务应用效果评价标准。结果两组患者在住院时间方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是观察组在发生医患纠纷和患者满意率方面明显优于对照组。结论本院普外科自2012年开展优质护理服务以来,狠抓护理服务质量,在提高患者满意率和减少医患纠纷发生方面,取得了可喜的成果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect and the patients’ evaluation of quality care in the department of general surgery of the primary hospital. Methods 1100 cases of patients treated in general surgery department of our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012 were set as the observation group,1100 cases from January 2011 to January 2010 treated in general surgery department of our hospital were chosen as the control group.Our hospital carried out high-quality care,reformed the care process to improve nurses’ quality of measures to carry out high-quality care since 2012.The control group was taken with routine care.The length of stay in hospital under the care,the incidence of the care for patients’ disputes,the patient’s final discharge care satisfaction questionnaire findings and the effects of care for the two groups were taken for statistics and they were set as the standard of the applications evaluation. Results The differences of hospitalized time in the two groups were not statistically significant ( P > 0.05).However,the comparison of patient satisfaction and doctor-patient disputes disputes in observation group was significantly better than that of control group. Conclusion The department of general surgery in our hospital has carried out quality care since 2012,pays close attention to the quality of care,and obtain encouraging results in improving patient satisfaction and reducing patient disputes.
