摘要
目的观察消瘀止痛散治疗骨伤三期患者的效果。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月本院收治的90例骨伤三期患者,分为观察组(外敷消瘀止痛散,n=47)和对照组(外敷扶他林软膏,n=43),观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的VAS评分为(2.13±0.37)分,肿胀评分为(0.49±0.18)分;对照组的VAS评分为(4.54±1.38)分,肿胀评分为(1.64±0.26)分。观察组患者疼痛情况、肿胀情况、生存质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消瘀止痛散外敷治疗骨伤三期患者肿胀和疼痛的疗效确切,能提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of xiao yu zhi tong powder treating patients in the third period of bone fractures. Methods 90 patients in the third period of bone fractures were selected from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital.They were divided into the observation group （xiao yu zhi tong powder for external application, n = 47） and the control group （voltaren ointment for external application,n = 43）.The curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the VAS score was 2.13±0.37 and swelling score was 0.49±0.18 in the observation group;the VAS score was 4.54 ±1.38 and swelling score was 1.64 ±0.26 in the control group.The pain,swelling and life quality of the observation group were better than the control group （ P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusions The curative effect of xiao yu zhi tong powder is exact to treat swelling and pain of patients,and it can improve patients ’ life quality.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
