摘要
目的观察活血定眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组28例采用西医治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗的基础上,加用活血定眩汤,疗程均为14d。结果总有效率:治疗组为94%,对照组为75%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血定眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕效果显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of blood-activating and vertigo fixing decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 32） and the control group （n = 28）.In the control group,patients was treated by western medicine while in the treatment group, patients was treated by blood-activating and vertigo fixing decoction on the basis of treatment of control group. The course of treatment was 14 days. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94% while in the control group was 75%,there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Blood-activating and vertigo fixing decoction has significant efect to treat posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.
