摘要
目的探讨经颅彩色多普勒超声检查对脑血管疾病的诊断价值。方法对本院188例脑血管疾病患者行经颅彩色多普勒超声检查的资料进行分析。结果经颅彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,短暂性脑缺血性发作患者30例,占15.96%;脑动脉硬化患者56例,占29.79%;脑血管痉挛患者78例,占41.49%;椎基动脉供血不足患者24例,占12.76%。结论经颅彩色多普勒超声检查可以方便、准确地筛查出脑血管病变,对脑血管疾病的早发现、早预防、早治疗有积极意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of transcranial color doppler in dignosis of cerebrovascular disease. Methods 188 cases of patients with cerebrovascular were detected by transcranial color doppler and the clinical data were analyzed. Results Transcranial color doppler detection showed that, the ratio of transient ischemic patients was 15.96%（30/188）;the ratio of cerebral arteriosclerosis patients was 29.79% （56/188）;the ratio of the patients with cerebral vasospasm was 41.49%（78/188）;the ratio of vertebral artery insufficiency was 12.76%（24/188）. Conclusion Transcranial color doppler detection can easily, accurately screen cerebrovascular disease, it has a positive meaning in early detection, early prevention and early treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
