摘要目的观察冻干重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)对顽固性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月～2012年2月于本院治疗的顽固性心力衰竭患者33例,均接受rhBNP治疗,监测治疗前后临床指标,包括血压、呼吸、心率、脉搏血氧饱和度、左室射血分数、尿量的变化。结果接受rhBNP治疗后,33例患者的呼吸、心率、脉搏血氧饱和度、左室射血分数显著改善,尿量显著增多,未发现与rhBNP相关的症状性低血压及其他严重不良反应。结论 rhBNP治疗顽固性心力衰竭有较好的临床效果,且安全可行。 Objective To observe clinical efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （rhBNP） in the treatment of patients with refractory heart failure.Methods Thirty three cases of patients with refractory heart failure in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2012,were given rhBNP,respiration（RR）,heart rate（HR）,oxygen saturation of pulsation （SpO2 ）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,total urine output between post- and preinfusion were monitored and compared.Results After rhBNP treatment,RR,HR,SpO2 and LVEF were improved significantly,the total urine output were enhanced significantly.There was no symptomatic hypotension or other adverse events during infusion. Conclusion Intravenous injection of rhBNP results in good clinical efficacy,and is also feasible and safe for clinical use in the patients with refractory heart failure.
