摘要
目的探讨SOX方案联合艾迪注射液在进展期胃癌术后辅助化疗中的临床疗效。方法选取本科2008年9月～2011年12月收治的100例进展期胃癌术后进行化疗的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,观察组给予SOX方案(替吉奥胶囊+奥沙利铂化疗)联合艾迪注射液进行化疗,对照组只采用SOX方案进行化疗,21d为1个周期,治疗4个周期后,比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为68%,对照组总有效率为50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板计数减少的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肝功能异常、周围神经毒性明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进展期胃癌术后辅助化疗中,应用SOX方案联合艾迪注射液可以提高疗效,降低化疗毒副反应,值得广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of SOX regimen combined with Aidi injection in adjuvant chemotherapy of advanced gastric cancer.Methods One hundred patients with adjuvant chemotherapy of advanced gastric cancer from September 2008 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 50 cases in each group,the observation group was given SOX regimen （Gio capsules ＋ oxaliplatin chemotherapy） combined with Aidi injection for chemotherapy while the control group was only given the SOX regimen,21 days were a cycle,and after four cycles of treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 68%,which was higher than 50% of the control group,the two groups had significant difference （P ＆lt;0.05）;the white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelet counts decreased incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （ P＆lt;0.05）;the abnormal liver function,peripheral neurotoxicity of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion In advanced gastric cancer of postoperative chemotherapy,the application of SOX regimen combined with Aidi injection can improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce side effects of chemotherapy,which is worth to be widely applied in clinic.
