摘要
目的探讨老年腰椎管狭窄症合并腰椎不稳的临床手术治疗效果。方法选取本院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的老年腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎不稳患者30例,对患者进行全椎板侧隐窝神经根管减压、椎弓根螺钉系统内固定加横突间植骨术治疗,观察患者的临床效果。结果患者经手术治疗后,痊愈19例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%。结论采取全椎板侧隐窝神经根管减压、椎弓根螺钉系统内固定加横突间植骨术对患者的治疗有良好效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of operation treatment of senile lumbar vertebral canal stenosis combined with lumbar instability. Methods 30 cases of senile lumbar canal stenosis combined with lumbar ask patients were selected in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 January were treated by laminectomy,lateral recess nerve root decompression,Shiumi Ne screw system internal fixation and intertransverse bone grafting for the treatment of the patients,the clinical effect was observed of patients. Results Patients treated by operation,19 cases were cured, effective in 6 cases, invalid in 5 cases,the total efficiency of 83.33%. Conclusion Take the total vertebral plate lateral crypt nerve root canal decompression,pedicle screw system internal fixation and bone graft between transverse process in treatment of patients with good effect.
