摘要
目的观察综合性护理干预在剖宫产围术期中的应用效果。方法选择2011年1月～2012年1月在我院行剖宫产的产妇70例作为观察对象,全部患者分为综合性干预组和对照组各35例,比较两组的术中出血量、排气时间、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度及哺乳情况。结果与对照组比较,干预组的术中出血量少、排气时间快、术后并发症少、护理满意度高,干预组产妇首次主动哺乳时间快,每天主动哺乳次数多,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇实施综合性护理干预措施可以提高护理满意度、减少术后并发症,促进母乳喂养。
Objective To observe the integrated care intervention effect in a cesarean perioperative the application.Methods Selected 70 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012,as the object of observation,all patients were randomLy divided into intervention group and control group of 35 cases each,the two groups were compared blood loss the amount of exhaust time,the incidence of post-operative complications,nursing satisfaction and lactation.Results Compared with the control group,the line integrated care intervention group less blood loss,quick exhaust time,fewer complications,nursing satisfaction and high maternal intervention group for the first time active nursing time daily active breastfeeding more often,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cesarean section the implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions can improve nurs ing satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications,and promotion of breastfeeding.
