摘要
辅导员既是高校日常管理工作的主干力量,又是学生的知心朋友,更承担着大学生人生领路人的重要职责,本文总结了作者从事一线辅导员工作中的相关经验,从辅导员所扮演的各种角色入手,结合新时代大学生的特点,剖析了情感投入对于及时获取学生各项信息、做好新时期高校管理工作的重要意义,并提出了如何做好情感投入工作的具体措施。
Abstract Counselors are the main force of college management and students＇ sincere friends, so they shoulder the responsibility of guiding students＇ development. This paper summarizes the writer＇s relevant experience as a first-line counselor, analyzes the significance of emotional devotion in student and school manage- ment, and proposes concrete measures of how to implement emo- tional devotion.
