摘要
充分挖掘城市存量土地资源,加速城市化进程,推进市区产业"退二进三"工作,加大后备资源的储备力度,使土地利用和布局日趋合理,土地利用率和产出率显著提高,土地后备资源达到可持续利用,做到与全市社会经济发展相协调。
To fully tap the stock of city land, accelerate the pro- cess of urbanization, enhance the storage of supporting resources and properly use land, make land utillzation and production ob- viously improve. In this way, land storage can be sustainably used to keep pace with social and econamic development.
