摘要
科技发展对基层图书馆馆员的素养提出了越来越高的要求。论文从馆员应具备良好的职业道德素质、健康的心理素质、快速获取信息资源的信息素质和勇于创新服务的创新素质等四个方面,对《中国图书馆员职业道德准则(试行)》进行了解读,旨在为县级基层图书馆员在工作中提供参考和帮助。
The higher requirements were put forward on the li- brarian in public with the development of science and technology. This paper aimed to make a discussion about ＂Chinese Librarians occupation moral standards＂. And the four aspects should be strengthening for the librarians. As follows： the good occupation moral quality; the psychological quality; the information quality and the innovation quality.
