摘要
当前,高校里组建一支高素质的思想政治教师队伍,是我国进一步改进和加强思想政治教育工作所面临的新形势和新挑战,也是培养高素质的促进我国经济科技发展的当代人才,为中国特色的社会主义建设事业做出新贡献的关键。本文主要对高校思想政治理论教师综合素质的培养问题进行探究,分析了高校思政教师应具备的素质及目前高校思政教师综合素质培养方面存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了一些改进的建议。
Currently, to establish a quality ideological and politi- cal teaching staff is a new situation and new challenge for strengthening and further improving ideological and political ed- ucation in China. This paper researches the cultivation of college ideological and political education teachers＇ comprehensive ac- complishment, analyzes their necessary accomplishment and the existing problems, and proposes some improvement suggestions.
