摘要
研究了 RE变质剂对铸态 H1 3钢凝固组织和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明 ,变质处理使铸态 H1 3钢的合金元素偏析现象明显减弱 ,白亮带 (碳及合金元素高浓度区 )由网状分布转变为少量孤岛状分布。与未变质H1 3钢相比 ,经过淬火、回火处理后的变质 H1 3钢中无晶界碳化物析出 ,冲击韧性大幅度提高。
Influence of RE on solidification structure and impact toughness of cast H13 steel has been investigated. The results indicate, the segregation of alloy elements is weakened and the pattern of segregation has converted from net form into isolately distributed islands through inoculation. Compared with non inoculated cast H13 steel,inoculated cast H13 steel after quenching and tempering has no carbide in grain boundaries and its impact toughness is improved greatly.
