摘要
为了适应铁路提速和高速铁路建设对重轨尺寸精度和平直度的要求 ,研究了在热定径的同时 ,利用辊径差和压下量差对重轨进行定向且弯曲量可控的预弯轧法。试验结果表明 ,该方法可以明显提高重轨轨高的尺寸精度和全长平直度 ,且进入矫直机之前重轨的弯曲很小 ,避免了对矫直辊的冲击 ,矫直咬入平稳。
In this paper, a rolling method in which the rail is simultaneously hot finish rolled and bent in specific direction before going to straightener has been developed to raise the size precision and straightness of the rail. The 60 kg/m rails were rolled by this method in the laboratory. The results show that the size precision of rail height and straightness of the rail is improved evidently and the impact on straightener rolls is smaller, the biting is easier due to smaller curvature of the rail.
