摘要
介绍了采用氨溶重结晶—套溶—净化—酸沉等工序用四钼酸铵生产试剂级七钼酸铵的工艺 ,论述了密度、pH值及温度对形成七钼酸铵晶型及产品质量的影响 ,对净化、酸沉过程的工艺条件进行了初步分析。生产实践表明 ,该工艺稳定可行 ,产品质量达到试剂级标准。
The technology of ammonium heptamolybdate for reagent with ammonium quadvimolybdate by procedure of recrystallization of ammonium molybdate solution redissolving ammonium quadvimolybdate with mother solution-cleaning-acid sediment was presented.The influence of density,pH and temperature to the form of AHM crystalmorphology and the quality of products was discussed,and the technological condition of cleaning and acid sediment was analysed.Results showed that the technology was stable and feasible,the quality of products came up to standard for reagent.
