本文主要介绍在移动互联网产品销售过程中,电信运营商如何利用管道优势采集数据,通过结合大数据技术为用户提供量身定做的个性化信息服务,在提升客户满意度的同时提高生产经营的效率,实现用户和运营双赢的效果。
This paper mainly introduces the ways to collect data with pipeline advantage for telecom operators in the sales process of mobile internet products,combines big data technology to provide personalized information service for users to improve customer satisfaction and the efficiency of production and operation,and realize win-win situation of users and operators.
