摘要
目的通过研究社区健康教育信息传递的影响因素,为改善社区健康教育效果提供依据。方法通过对156名城市社区居民的问卷调查,询问健康教育知识从社区卫生服务机构传递至社区居民的相关情况,分析健康教育信息传递的影响因素。结果社区卫生服务机构所提供的健康知识与居民需求不匹配;居民接受健康知识受到自身和非可靠信息的干扰;健康知识信息量流失较严重。结论社区卫生服务机构应调整健康知识结构、组织方式和宣传途径;兼顾不同人群;树立权威,减少非可靠信息的干扰;在多种宣传途径中确立主要的宣传方式,减少信息传递的不确定性。
Objective To provide the basis for improving the effect of community health education by researching the influencing factors of community health education information transmission.Methods By the questionnaire survey on 156 community residents,the relative status about the health education knowledge transmission from the community health service institutions to the residents was enquired and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results The health knowledge provided by the community health services institutions was mismatched with the residents demand.The residents accepting the health knowledge was dis turbed by themselves and unreliable information.The loss of the knowledge information amount was more serious.Conclusion The community health service institutions should adjust the health knowledge structure,organizing mode and publicity way,give the considerations to different groups of residents,establish authority to reduce the interference of unreliable information and reduce the uncertainty of the information transmission by establishing a major publicity mode among a variety of publicity means.
